    Red face New frog video - lighting change

    Thanks for the advice. Made the first of a few changes to come..

    That will work. Normally you only want to use a 50 watt, but being in a tank that large a 60 should be fine. Infrared will actually dry a little more of the substrate. Should be fine, but for this reason I always recommend a lamp with a dimmer swiitch. The UVA is not necessary for your Albino.

    Don't forget to get a natural background on the back and sides of the tank for added security.

    But one thing. Its not Infrared, its just red colored glass incandescent. Or maybe that's the same thing?

    I realized they have an infrared one too. Its just simply shaped in a way to give off more heat like their basking light. This one is a little weaker, which is what I need. Know what I mean?
