Red Leg? I hope no ):

So, I went to clean my Whites tree frog cage today and when I picked him up I noticed a dark red, almost blackish color right at the crack between his leg and body. I have no clue whats wrong with him. I will post a picture later when I am able too, but in the mean time. Is that something to worry about?

Yes, that is something to worry about... post a pic when you can, and today begin researching a vet in your area who is experienced in treating herps (specifically amphibians). If you can not find one, you can email Dr. Frye in MI with pictures, he can ship you meds.
