I've very sorry to hear about the situation! I'll will be praying for you and your little one!
I've had to take one of my Pacman frogs to have a severe prolapse placed back in, but no actual surgery to remove an impaction. There is another impaction med called Cisapride. It is administered orally and works by activating the intestines to assist in moving the blockage. I've seen it work on one of mine to help the frog pass an impaction. Mineral oil does help too, but you never want to mix multiple meds.
See what the Vet says and keep us posted.

So late last week Prop Joe passed at least part of the moss. There is no longer anything sticking out of him, and he seems much more comfortable. He still though has a large lump inside of him. I am going to talk with the vet today and see what our other options are, I don't think we are going to go with surgery. How long have your frogs been impacted before? Is this something i can give another week or two now that it is not longer sticking out of him, or is euthinasia something we should be thinking about here in the near future? I would like to try mineral oil, or another type of laxative before giving up.
I have fed him 4 crickets since this started a little over a week ago and every time he is very eager to eat. Would you continue to feed him a little at a time or stop now so he does not get too full?
See what your vet says, but I'd actually recommend a liquid diet, such as reptaboost for a few days. If your vet agrees, try one drop of mineral oil with the reptaboost. I use a thick plastic kids spoon (ZooPals spoon) to feed mine. Or you can use a dropper.

That's great! Be careful not to overfeed so things can continue to pass through easily.
