What kind of grubs are those?

Fruit beetle grub. i get them online from a shop in the uk there one of his favorite to eat

Cool, we don't readily have access to those in the states.

No i dont think you guys over there get them to much, i think its slight difference with what you can and cant bring into the country etc..
