Is this enough?

I bought this baby Pacman last night from Petsmart. They told me that for now this is all it needs, but I think the set up is really spartan. There is no hide, and the animal is clearly terrified of me. The substrate is damp, but there's no water dish. The enclosure is very small, and has no light or heat pad. I would like to know what changes any of you would make here.

I would change everything but for now cover 3 sides of the enclosure with anything asap. I bet he is terrified.

Yeah they told you wrong. Welcome to the forum .

You could keep him in that with a really small water dish until you get what you need. You'll need to keep him warm and moist.

Yes thanks. That's too bad about the coco husk. That's what they handed me. I am tempted to buy an exo-terra terrarium with auto misters, if I have to get a new cage.

you gotta love pet store people I'm sure we all do. I'm glad they handed you that but not gravel for example, it would have been worse.

that little tank would do for a few weeks, they don't need a lot of space, most of the time they would just sit in one spot and eat but you will need a new one soon.
