how do you grow and attach the plants to the background?

What about attaching sheet moss on different sections? What would be the best method there, until it attaches itself?

A paper clip would work. I just normally lay my moss in strategic locations and let it grow. For growing on logs, you can tie it on with fishing line

you can look through the photo albums of my 29 gallon build and see how i did some planters there. I watched a cool YouTube tutorial where they blended moss and water into a sort of paste in a blender then pressed this into cracks in the vivarium's background. The moss grows back where you plant it and this method removes the need to attach the moss.
