everything looks good, except temps and humidity, you gotta keep it constant, temps at 76-78 night and 80-82 day, humidity - 70-80. also feed him using 15 min rule - give him as much as he'd eat in 15 min every day while he is little.
dust with Ca/vit3 every second feeding, once a week- multivitamins.
as well cover 3 sides of the enclosure to help him feel more safe and it seems there is a lot of open space in a tank for a currently small frog, i would add some decor, plastic plant of some sorts may be and/or piece of wood, it would be better then actual hide, you can rearrange it as he grows
