1. Size of enclosure: 10 gallon
2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences: Just Buddha
3. Humidity: The lowest I've seen it go is 40%, but I keep it about 60%-80% when I am at home.
4. Temperature: 75-80 in the day, 70-75 at night.
5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish: Dechlorinated water in Buddha's dish, and spring water in the mister
6. Materials used for substrate: Coconut fiber brick with dechlorinated water to hydrate it
7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials: Just a water dish and flat rocks for now, I am going to get Buddha a little wood hut when I get paid Friday.
- How were things prepared prior to being put into the viv? I just rinsed everything off with hot water, then rinsed a final time with dechlorinated water to make sure nothing bad got in.
8. Main food source:Crickets, but I just fed him two dusted with calcium+Vitamin D powder. He is a hungry frog!
9. Vitamins and calcium? (how often) I just got it today, so only once via 2 medium sized crickets
10. Lighting? a 75 watt bulb during the night or during the day as needed.
11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure mostly the light and my room thermostat.
12. When is the last time he/she ate? Buddha just ate today, a total of 3 crickets, 2 dusted with vitamins and calcium
13. Have you found poop lately? I never thought to check...Every 2 days I have been scooping Buddha up and "spot cleaning" where he burrows.

15. How old is the frog? I'm not sure! I got my frog from Petsmart and the assistant didn't know much about Buddha.
16. How long have you owned him/her? Since Sunday
17. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred I'm not sure, but I'd guess captive bred.
18. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treat I just give him crickets
19. How often the frog is handled I've never touched him with my hands, I've only scooped him up in a plastic solo cup to spot clean his burrow
20. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area I keep him in my room, it's pretty low traffic.
21. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc)Every morning I change his water and drop in some dechlorinater. Every other day after feeding him I scoop out his burrow and get rid of the dirty substrate. I also rinse him with a bit of dechlorinated water after the cage is cleaned. Whenever it gets too dry I mist Buddha and the cage.
