My best guess is definitely a cuban tree frog. It makes sense since they are in florida and they commonly hitchhike on plants. Lucky frog to have survived shipment to such a cold area. Especially with how cold it has been in NE lately!

Are there many different different kinds of Cuban tree frogs, or just one?

"Cuban Tree frog" refers to one species Osteopilus septentrionalis. I believe this is actually the only tree frog native to Cuba.

Have you had a chance to check the skin on the top of it's skull?
