    Default Cleaning plants?

I have several different plants in my Terrarium however there is one in particular that my frogs just love to sleep in. I've been thinking of buying another one because with all of them piled in that one plant it looks like it would collapse lol! It's supposed to grow big and that is why I only got the one. But it is growing slow.

Anyway my question is about cleaning this thing. Because the frogs love it so much and spend so much time in it, it is covered in frog poop. There is poop all over the glass too but I manage to scrub it off each morning with hot water and a stiff bristled brush. But I can't use that on the plant. Their poop is like cement once it dries! I can't use all that force scrubbing on the plant without breaking it. Any tips for cleaning up the plant?

Soak the leaf in a shallow tupperware with warm water? Or introduce isopods. They'll climb and maybe keep the plant clean. Otherwise, i bet a sandblaster would work

I was planning on buying some isopods and some springtails. But didn't know if they would eat the poop off the plants lol. Also waiting for weather to warm up a bit. It was 10ºF this morning.

It wasn't much warmer here.....i think we were at 13° this morning. The isopods may get to the poo before it hardens. Worth a shot, they definitely can't hurt.

I have a question Bill, would Physan be too toxic for frogs?

I'm not sure. I couldn't pull the msds up on my phone. They claim you can use it safely in bird baths. I would be a bit "iffy" on it. I think i would try an h2o2 soak first.
