Thoughts on heat lamp?

Just wanted to know from some of you guys who own frogs what your thoughts on heat lamps are? ive read on the net that they dry out the frog any turth in this and how that might happen, also if you have any thoughts on how I could improve my exo terra setup. cheers

I use a heat lamp. I put a hook to hold it higher above the enclosure, then adjust the cord until I reach my desired temps. I keep it on a 12\12 schedule. I'll take a pic and show you.

His cave is all messed up though, at night he gets rather rambunctious, and decides to redecorate.

if u use a low wattage lamp of like 50 watts u will be fine...i use a 50w lamp and have it placed on the screen top like u have urs...they highly suggest not using higher wattage bc it can dry ur frog out and kill it
