hiya I have got 2 whites and so has my little sister however 1 of her frogs has got very bloated possibly edema, but it also has a lump on its side, almost looks like a rib?, any ideas there are no vets that deal with reptiles in my area

The ph level is testing at 7.8, is this too high? How can I lower it to 6.8? I used tap water conditioned with anti-chlorine drops and it cycles through a duatto filter.

They sell pH lowering chemicals at pet stores.
