I don't yet have a White's tree frog but I will this summer, just trying to absorb all the info so I can be awesome at this so I was wondering....

- What is the best, but most common heat bulb I should get for my WTF?
- I live in Southern Ontario and I heard that WTF's are used to temp drops at night, so shoud I just turn off the lamp when I go to bed?
- Which is better for my frog: White light? Red light?
