Start out with a medium critter keeper with a UTH on the side that is made for Hermit Crab enclosures. You can cover all the sides excluding the side with the UTH with a static cling terratium background. It will have a vented lid that you can cover with plastic wrap by taping it to the lid. Leave the vents on the side open and keep the rest covered.

This will keep the frog feeling secure and warm. Provide a shallow water dish and maybe a small fake plant.
