I have a reptifogger but that doesn't actually moisten the substrate (coco fiber by the way). please offer your suggestions! I've spent hundreds on a $30 frog and I love having it and am willing to buy whats necessary but just don't want to keep wasting money
Buy this Zoo Med HygroTherm Humidity and Temperature Controller:Amazon:Pet Supplies and this Zoo Med Reptile Fogger Terrarium Humidifier:Amazon:Pet Supplies and it should solve the humidity and climate fluctuations.

I use a UTH on the side of the tank and a clamp lamp that has a dimmer switch with 50 watt basking light bulb for day(not for Albinos) and a 50 watt infrared for night.
