Default Help!!! Need to out smart mr. Pickles

yesterday i cleaned Mr. Pickles tank and then he ate tons of stuff. i have only heard him croak randomly a couple times but last night was "crazy croaking night". My wife is a light sleeper and had never heard Mr. Pickles so when he started at 3:00am she didnt know what was going on. i guess he did it every 15 min. all the rest of the night. She got no sleep. (I slept right threw it)

Do they croak alot after there cage is clean?

He wasnt in his water bowl but the coconut bedding was very wet.
the only reason why i ask is because my wife works 12 hour shifts twice a week and if he croaks like that on a night she has to work the next day it may be the last croak he ever does (thats a joke) but i will have to move him downstairs.

Did it rain that night? A sudden humidity spike normally happens when you place fresh Coco Fiber in after a good cleaning. He was probably vocalizing his content.

I'm bummed, I've never heard any of mine croak. I have an Adult male GABF, and four horned frogs....no croaking....lame. Hopefully come spring time I'll hear some. I do have a green tree frog and he croaks a few times a day (as stated, moreso before and during a storm).

I might move my big guy up to my bedroom. Maybe I'm just missing it.

Only option for you seems like to move him out of your room/upstairs....or get his vocal cords clipped like those dogs that are hated by thier owners....lol. Wait, do frogs have vocal cords?
    ........................................
    Thanks
