It sounds like you have an almost perfect set up I wouldn't change anything. If you are feeding meal worms or pretty much any other kind of worms you may want to get a shallow eating dish to avoid it swallowing to much Coco husk but the stuff passes through better then almost anything out there so whether you get one or not you wont have anything to worry about other then the worms burrowing into the bedding.

70° is not fine for day time temps and is still a little cool for night. Their activity begins to lessen below 75° and if kept at 70° to long the frog may try to aestivate. Of course the frog won't die from 70° temps, but may become ill from stress.

It is probably adjusting to the cooler temps.
