Need help!

Ok so I'm super worried about my fantasy PAC named Grux. I'm trying to be a good owner and keep him as happy as possible. His tank has the following;
1.10gal tank
2.coco fiber substrate deep enough for burrowing 2-3 inches
3.temp thermometer on center of back glass
4.hygro meter on left back glass
5.40watt red heat bulb
6.10-20gal heating pad on right back glass
7.water dish
8. 2 fake plants

half of the tank is kept damp the other half dry. Temp thermo reads around 70 during the day and 65ish at nigh. I do the 12 hours on 12 hours off for lighting. Humidity reads 80-90. I'm not sure if hygrometer should also be placed on the middle of back glass. If temp and hygrometer is right the humidity is good but temp is not. I feel like an idiot and I don't want Grux to suffer because of me. Someone please help me out here.

I would keep the Humidity closer to 80 and the day temp between 75 and 80. Although 70 would be just fine. Its just at a little bit higher temps you may notice better feeding. It sounds like you have an almost perfect set up I wouldn't change anything. If you are feeding meal worms or pretty much any other kind of worms you may want to get a shallow eating dish to avoid it swallowing to much Coco husk but the stuff passes through better then almost anything out there so whether you get one or not you wont have anything to worry about other then the worms burrowing into the bedding.

Meal worms are not a good feeder for pacs. They have too much chitin and will cause impaction.

This is very true all though you want a variety of food options for good health. And meal worms and super worms are good for supplemental purposes but don't feed a lot to it. I treat Super worms like i treat mice. They both have high fat content and like DVirginiana said to much will cause impaction.

My pacman died of mealworm mistakenly making it as a staple I didnt know the pet store told me just feed mealworms and I got tricked... it leads to impaction and died...

70° is not fine for day time temps and is still a little cool for night. Their activity begins to lessen below 75° and if kept at 70° to long the frog may try to aestivate. Of course the frog won't die from 70° temps, but may become ill from stress.

It is probably adjusting to the cooler temps.

You should post some pictures of your setup. Everything sounds good, but I will add that these frogs need a 12 hour day/night cycle and if not getting enough light. Coming into the room they're in they will become stressed.

You may want to purchase a Exo-Terra 75% concentrated intense basking spotlight. It isn't for basking but will help maintain temps during the day. Buy a 50 watt bulb and position the lamp over the center of the tank.

Avoid mealworms altogether, it has been told here numerous times, stick to nightcrawlers as staple. Roaches (red runners for adolescents, dubia for adults), calciumworms or likewise, pinkies, gutloaded crickets or desert locusts without the back legs (impaction risk, had an ornata die because of this). I dust with vitamins or calcium every 3 feedings.
