Yes, I only feed insects. My adult dubia's are 2 inches long. I don't feed the adults off though. I only feed off the the bigger babies that are half an inch long. Kermit only eats about 3 or 4 of those. She can eat 20 medium crickets in one sitting.

I feed my feeders fruits and veggies. I put vitamin powder on the veggies. Then I dust the feeders with calcium d3 twice a week. I feed my young frogs every other day (small babies are fed every day). Kermit gets fed every 2 or 3 days since she is 2 years old and almost a full sized adult.


Edit to add: I also feed earth worms during the spring and summer.
