Sick RETF????

I got two RETF last Friday, one is bigger and doing great. The other is smaller, and I was worried she wasn't eating, so I've placed her in a quarantine tank for now so I can monitor how she/he eats. I know she/he hasn't been eating for the past couple of days. So tonight I gave her a pedialite soak. And after about 10 min being back in the tank this is what she looked like... But she didn't look like that before the soak.... Should I be worried??

Is or ( was) this frog housed( at anytime) with the frog you were referring to in this thread?

Perhaps you might get a chance to describe the quarantine set up that was used for all?
i.e. cleaning quarantine tanks and pedi soaking dishes from frog to frog ( in-between uses)
