Thanks all for the responses.
A little bit more info: I had dipped one end of the worm into some calcium supplement, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not, as I've done that many times before. The frog did have a solid poop the day before. I just got a bulk shipment of worms recently, in a styrofoam box (kept refrigerated). There is no strange odor and they smell "normal." All my pacman frogs got worms from this from the past few days and he is the only one that had any issues and only the last feeding.
I will monitor him and see how the next few days go. Hopefully this is a one time thing but if not, I will get a fecal exam done. I have not wormed any of my frogs.
Edit: the worms are DMF worms (which is the brand sold by Walmart) -- frog safe. He showed no interest in eating again tonight.
If he vomitted and refuses food you need to have a fecal done and take him in to be seen. This is not normal behavior. Internal infection or parasites are most likely the issue.
Climate fluctuations causing a digestive imbalance could also cause something like this. Vomiting is almost always a sign of an underlying problem. I would have him checked. They don't get upset stomachs like we do and vomit.
