    Lol! I'm assuming this is sarchasm. Unscented means they don't have chemical scents added to attract fish. Some bait shops sell worms that are dyed and scented to attract fish.

    In the new ABF ebook by Phillipe de Vosjoli, there are quite a few pictures of P. edulis. This specimen is pretty squarely in the color range.

    Its not so much the color, but the dark patterning that I believe to be different.

    Unfortunately we will probably never know the locale this frog came from, and nobody really knows enough about these frogs to be able to tell if it's just a locale difference or subspecies.
