    Default Hello from Western Australia

Hi all, my name is Tash and I've been watching your forum for a while. I adore just about all frogs, but I've loved the Red Eyed Tree Frog since I was little. These days due to housing situations I've taken a particular interest in little tiny frogs.
I currently have five little Motorbike frogs that I got from my son's Kindy. They needed a home at the end of the year. I took all the tadpoles ( 30 or so ) and kept a few, released the majority and also gave about 15 to a friend and her kids as they also had a pond with a resident adult Motorbike.
My five are doing well. They are eating small crickets and are slowly getting used to me. I do not intend to keep them permanently but will let them go when they get a little bigger.
I would like to get a decent sized tank and build it up to something interesting at a later date.
I am enjoying myself looking around the forum.
There are some really awesome builds here.

Thank you all for the great reads !

Hi Tash, welcome to Frog Forum. Glad that you are enjoying the great reads! I had to look up motorbike frog, wasn't familiar with them. Cool looking frog.

    Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Hopefully I add the pictures right !

These are the first guys I brought home. The big fella in my hand and most of the tadpoles we let free in a local wetland where there were more of them.

I kept about fifteen tadpoles, but my little tank was too small and a friends kids took over the care of ten of them.
They had a bigger tank and also a pond.
The next photo's are of my little guys.

They finally all turned into frogs so I changed the setup.

Eventually I would like to do my own build as I do a lot of craft stuff at home.
But for now I have to wait until we have moved house.
I would like to then get some Clicking Froglets.

Okay, that's two frogs you have introduced me to. Thanks for that!! I just had so much fun on google images for both the motorcycle and clicking frogs.

No, they do not make a sound as yet. I have not found any information on how old they are before they call. Maybe they are too young yet.
