Mine does the same thing and usual eats quite a bit of his substrate too. You don't have anything to be worried about. There shouldn't be enough being engested to cause any harm.

Thanks I feel better, I wasn't sure if he is supposed to be in his water for the sheds and I should be moveing him. I let him be to do his thing and tomorrow ill add a hornworm with his earth worms, that should make for a soft turd
