Aww, I'm sorry for your loss
I owned nine toads and, while I had all of them named and could tell which was which if I looked at their markings, the large numbers made it difficult to keep track of all of them in a 55 gallon tank (especially with all the hides I provided them). It took me a week to realize I hadn't seen one of my favorite and most aggressive boys, Lloyd. I started searching and found him drowned under the water filter. It's unfortunately a common way for the toads to pass since FBTs usually have tanks with lots of water and it's their nature to explore and squeeze in tight hiding spots. So many contributing factors go into these things that I can tell you, you aren't to blame. Every pet owner goes through loss -- be it through age, accident or disease -- and things do happen. Judging by your passion, I'd say she lived a good life. Take care of your two. They're good pets.
