    Default WTF strange habit

So I've noticed an annoying habit that my White's tree frog has. Whenever one of them is shedding they all sit and watch. However, when Shrek and Olive shed, Skitter always lunges at them and usually breaks the shed. It doesn't seem to bother the frogs as much as it does me LOL!

    Hi Patsy,
I'm sure you know...some are more aggressive than others and will out-compete for food; so who knows what they are thinking
They do some wacky things !!!

I have a red eyed tree frog that used to lunge at glistening water ripples - thinking they were a crickets?
I literally had to remove the water feature because of this--every time he did it he look so stressed because he swallowed so much water!

Keep an eye on what he does to others when they are feeding. Hopefully he is sharing nicely.

Ha! Skitter does something similar to that. I will catch him looking out the glass at the hose to the fogger. I try to figure out if it's the hose itself or if he can see the water dripping inside it. Or he will be sitting watching the fog come into the tank, never tries to catch it, just watches.

For the most part I haven't noticed constant bullying on his part. Once or twice I've seen them all get overly excited at feeding time and someone gets a foot in the mouth. Having two feeding bowls helps because the all seem to take turns. I watch them and if I ever feel like one is not getting enough crickets I will tong feed that one.
