They will all be in the hospital tank until I get a clean fecal exam, about 3 more weeks. I just like to get started on the re-do because I have a tendancy to change this up a few times before I find something that will work for both frogs and me. Placing emphasis on the frogs.

I use leca on the bottom layer, then the coco fiber... a screen in between the two. This seems to be adequate to keep up the humidity.
In your situation, with the sick babies, I would stick with the paper towel until they're better, but in my experience, the paper towel alone was difficult to maintain humidity (but I also live in the desert).
