Do I need to get them out or is it okay to leave them in? How long will it take for them to get big enough for my frogs to eat? This just blows my mind!
Hi
Great questions.
These could be springtails? Is there soil in the enclosure?
Were you able to determine --for sure-- that they are crickets?
If they are it will take forever for them to grow, and could possibly annoy or even bite your FBTs
The little buggers will drown it they get in the water!

Keep a watch full eye.
If you were planning to clean -- (and these are crickets ) this is a good time to do it.

If they are springtails ----just leave them. They will clean the soil! Freebies !

Another possibility - mites ? But they are round. They hitch a ride on the crickets.
