that is very stupid from pet store, how they can do that??????

would you have something like bigger critter keeper or bigger tallish tuberware container in that you can drill bunch of holes for air. if so, put wet paper towels on bottom, some plastic plants and make sure temps are good, spray water for humidity, should be fine until Friday.

I don't actually :/ all the tupperware belongs to my mom so I can't use any of it.

I thought it was stupid of them as well I mean imagine if it wasn't me who got the frog and someone else who also wanted the tank and just released it in the back yard at least I know he can't survive in the wild (let alone during winter) so I'm giving him to a good home.

But in order to keep him warm i have to unplug my fire-bellies set up and it's not fair for them to be cold :/

ok, what are the temps in your house? can you maintain temps 75-80 anywhere, may be move the tank ( that you got) somewhere more warm? the goal is to keep a frog in humid environment and warm, but not with fire bellies. it is just for one day basically.

my room is always 76 i have a space heater in there.

i ended up finding my critter keeper i used to move the toads in when i moved to this new house. I put a damp luke warm paper towel in there to hopefully raise the humidity and I'm going to keep it next to my space heater to try and keep him warm.

excellent! and thank you for saving the frog! i know some pet stores, that want to sell as much stuff an they can, wouldn't sell a frog without a tank, but to force a frog on you when you don't want to is beyond ridiculous.

Yeah and I would keep him if I had more knowledge on these guys but I'm not going to keep a pet that i know nothing about. Fire-Bellies are a walk in the park compared to these guys. Plus when I reach for my fire bellies they crawl in my hand, this guy was a real pain to catch i was almost scared of him getting loose or injuring him! I'll take a picture and show you him and the set up he came with
