Prayer plants (arrowleaf, I think) have done well in my tanks. And if you pick up one of those hollow rocks for snakes/geckos from a petstore it makes a great place for your frogs to hide. Whites like to tuck themselves away to sleep, and if you provide them with a space like that it will be easy to locate them and removed them when you have to. I had a fish tank tree once for climbing on that was hollow, and they would climb up into the top and there was no getting them out of that tiny space if I had to clean the tank! Rock works well, though. Peat moss makes a good substaight and holds a lot of moisture. Just don't use anything like Miracle Grow that has fertilizers in it.
