    congratulations!

for that size i would go every other day using 15 min rule - let him eat as many as he can in 15 min.

as for tongs, not every frog is used to it, you can try to train him to eat like that, it may take loads of patience and persistence from your part, he might or might not get used to it, but right now just make sure he is eating there is a excellent video by Ivory on how to tong feed, will try to find it.

oh and for mosses- as Grif said be careful, they should be out of frog reach, there is a mixture out of mosses spores and i think some kinda glue. you paint a something with it and mosses will start growing, I'm planning on getting that for my nasuta tank, there should be something similar for sale in US too

If you're not tong feeding, probably hold off on the pothos plant. Like Grif said, they can be poisonous if the frog eats them. If a cricket happens to be crawling across a leaf and your frog decides that's a good time to bite at it, it could easily ingest part of the plant...

Ok I have another questions. I've been reading mixed things on how often to feed him and would like to know what you guys have to say. So if i'm using the 15 minute rule to feed him, how often should i do it? Every other day?

for the size of your frog - every 2-3 days, you'll see if he looks hungry go every other day.
