It should be pointed out that WTFs are notorious over eaters so they shouldn't be given what they'll eat every day because they'll eat whatever you give them!

This is not at all true my whites eat about 2-4 APPROPRIATE sized roaches a day they do in fact stop. Ihave been doing this for years and my whites are not over weight.

I'm assuming this must vary from frog to frog. Glurmo doesn't really over eat, but if I put food in with Lrrr he will eat all of it. It's for this reason I have to put Glurmo in a separate container with a lid on it when feeding. He'll eat until they're gone. So I'll rephrase. You should be careful letting your frog eat how much it wants and have a limit on it. Hopefully this is common sense though . Just like people, and other furry pets, some will over eat and some will not.

also gut-loading the pray with quality foods like fresh veg like carats , sweet potatoes ect ect will also help
when I had a baby iguana, gut loading the crickets , roaches really helped.

I will agree that feeding high fat foods like wax worms should be a once and a while thing like a few every other week or so as a treat.
