RETF - Just getting started - Hospital/Quarantine Tank

Few questions for you... I have a 20 h tank that I was going to use, (they will be captive bred and from a breeder) well that work? How does the feeding bowl work? And what type of bottom do you suggest?

Question for both of you: what about plant recommendations and where to get them?

Lynn thanks again. That's such a good simple way to convert a tank! I'm hoping to get it finished and order frogs next week while I'm finishing their vivarium!

I use pothos in mine too. They love them. Lynn's set-up is near identical to mine, except she uses awesome clips and I twist mine around a bamboo planter loop. They both work well .

You may not need very much for the quarantine tank ( depending on the ambient temp. in the area where the tanks is), careful not to over-heat it !
I use Philips (standard base) "plant bulbs" during the day ( on a timer) .
