Are you talking about live "bamboo" or like bamboo sticks? It sounds pretty cool but I would be concerned about splinters if you're using bamboo sticks. If you have access to nice driftwood you can get a good branch that would provide good climbing space. Or you could use the bamboo but coat it in silicone and roll it in coco fiber. I think that would give it a really cool look. Another place you could ask around is the vivarium forum here. There are some really creative people there.
