This morning my White's tree frog Pip was a cheery green color, and about ten minutes ago I went to feed them and she was a brown color with weird green spots. I have seen pictures all over the forum about "the green spots of doom" and it looks exactly like this, but she is acting fine. She ate like a little beast, is bright eyed and crawling around. Should I be worried? I am going to give her a honey bath and see if that helps. here are some pics.

That looks normal to me. When my frogs are changing colors they tend to fade much like that. The only time Glurmo gets green is when his back legs turn green just like that. I admit the spotting looks a little strange but you probably just caught him right in the middle of a color transition.
I agree with Michelle this is completely normal. I always catch my frogs in between color changes. It's kinda cool.

Yes they change color!! my toad and frogs were changing color,It's called camouflage,to hide from predators.It's a natural habit
