Yes i am using dechlorinated water and i cleaned it last 2 weeks...

Something is stressing your Toad. Try and just offer food and leave him alone. Check the following day to see if he has eaten.

Hey grif my uncle bought me little small mealworms and i tried giving him some and he ate some of it.
