Well I am new here, I have 7 Pacific Chorus Frogs, at least that is what I have been able to identify them as. All 7 were caught in the same puddle but are very different looking for the most part.
There are 4 of them, the other 3 have been difficult and won't pose for the last couple days.
Leonard, the 3rd one is the largest one. The second one is the smallest. The rest are somewhere in between them. I did not expect them to get so large because the ones I see and have caught in the wild were never this big. Guess I have treated them well.
I will be upgrading their accommodations soon, another factor of them getting larger than expected.
I am also in the process of finding and learning to culture larger prey items. Fruit flies simply aren't enough for them now. Crickets will have to do for now until I get my flies, roaches, woodlice and other food items.
I hope to learn a lot here and maybe someday I will be ready to try my hands at Poison Dart Frogs.
The only real issue i have it sexing them so any help there would be appreciated. That and if someone really thinks they are not all the same species please let me know so I can separate them if needed.
Welcome to the forum.
I don't know much about pacific chorus frogs, but they're quite pretty.
