Unhappy My 4 Grey Tree Frogs need a new home...

Ok I am posting this here almost in tears, I have come here in hopes that someone close to Barrie, Ontario (since they will need to be picked up) wants to take 4 amazing Grey tree Frogs. There names are Frodo, sam, Merry and Pippin. (All were wild caught).

I will only give them to someone that already has an adequate set up for them and knows what they are doing. 2 are male (they have both called) and I believe 2 are Female. They all live together and are hand/tong fed 2 crickets a night so I know they all get food.

These are my little babies and I hate that I might have to get rid of them in the new year. I am not looking for money only a good FOREVER home for all 4 of them.

My marriage is falling apart and I wont have room for them at my mothers (and frogs creep her out) till the separation and moving finalizes and I have no idea how long I will be there or where I will end up. I have items I can sell from there enclosure with them but the enclosure is not for sale atm.

I have a not so recent Blog about them and Albums on my profile for those interested.

Please email me if seriously interested. bmaglietta@hotmail.com

If by chance a Miracle happens and this ad isn't needed I will post saying they are not needing a new home. But I want to start preparing now.

I'm so sorry Rae . I hope things will straighten out soon for you. I understand and have been there myself with my high school sweetheart, together 14 yrs. PM me anytime if you need to talk.

I wish I could take them for you, but I have 13 frogs myself. I will ask around though. Good luck in finding them a good home. Maybe you could ask your local zoo? Mine had agreed to take my retf rescues, but after I healed them I decided to keep them. Will cross my fingers for you.

    Hang in there...it gets better.

Have you tried a local reptile rescue that would "hold" them for you until you can have them back? Or maybe a friend or another family member to keep them at their place until such a time you can have them back in your place? I feel sad for you.

I'd take them if I could Rae.. I have a little wild caught grey myself, she's awesome! My enclosure is only big enough for two though, 3 max... And I know you want them to go together with no shipping..
    Best of luck!

Sorry been hell at home husband moved out new years eve and things have been less than normal at home.

But on that note I have had almost a dozen people ask for them and I might have found one out of them I feel comfortable giving them too. Unfortunately... she was told by a vet 3gallons per frog :/ and wanted to put all 3 now since poor Pippin died before Christmas (not sure how it was in another thread other 3 seem fine thank god) in her 20 gallon which already has 1 in it. But she thinks she can get a 50 gallon for them... she is also a vet tech... so that means hopefully she can afford care for them and get them care if needed. She is supposed to call tonight so we shall see...
