New Pixie

Hi all...just got a new pixie and am totally in love with him/her.....are they smart???? I have other frogs as well, i.e. Red-Eyes, White Lipped, Pacman, Firebellies and Dumpy.....but s/he seems to be smarter than they are....all I do is go over to his/her tank and talk and s/he comes out of hiding....I spray down the tank and s/he jumps up and tried to get the water....its hysterical....when he sees me he jumps at me when I throw the crickets in....LOL!!!

The babies are so cute so enjoy it while it lasts because they grow VERY fast!

This is my baby, Keroro...well, not a baby anymore but still nowhere near full grown.


And to answer your question, I think they have some pretty decent smarts as far as frogs go

they try and act cute,cuddly and smart but its all just a trick to get food. please dont fall into these tricks. before you realize it you will spend all your rent money on food for it then become homeless. THERE EVIL! ​ LOL JK

i also have had other frogs but never really thought about which one was smarter. i would have to agree with all of you, my pixie does seem to respond better than any of the others. i think this is the only frog in the world that if you let it roam free in the house and then take a nap it would think of a way to eat you.
i bet st. peter at the pearly gates would be shocked!after a quick applause st. peter says "hey everyone this guy got eaten by a frog"
someone asks"what kind of frog?"
st. peter says" african bullfrog"
everyone response"THAT IS AWESOME!"
