what do mean the lights?
they come on at 8:00am and go out at 7:00pm

Savannah,
The reason I asked about the lights:
Sometimes a red eyed tree frog will have a normal temporary mottled look to their skin ( I'm emphasizing temporary ) . I have noticed this happens AM and PM when the lighting changes , if they are getting ready to hunt, interaction with another frog etc. You will notice this if you happen to be viewing them during a 'change in color'. ie bright green to dark green or vise versa. The skin color should not remain mottled , however.

When you speak to Dr Frye. Perhaps consider purchasing all or some the the medications he suggested in the link I sent you. Especially the topical medication and the powder to treat parasites. The advantage of this is having it on hand ( creating a medicine cabinet) , therefore, you will never have to wait to treat a problem. This is especially important now that you have more than one frog.

Keep us posted! You caught this right away. Try not to worry.
