Angry This isn't a pyxie frog, right?

Sorry I haven't been on here as much as I'd like to be, I'll do a proper update in another thread. I'm writing today to ask if this Pyxie frog is actually a pyxie, I'm 99% sure it's not but I wanted to ask the experts first ;P I'm pretty sure I was sold a pyxie impostor! (sorry for the poor quality, that's all I can get at the moment)

I'm leaning towards thinking this little guy is a pacman. Am I correct?

You just couldn't lie to me and tell me it was a pyxie? ;P Thanks for the help. Now whether or not to keep this guy is the next question. I had my heart set on a pyxie but he is kinda cool....Decisions decisions decisions...

    Haha sorry :P

I like Pacmans they have very pretty colors and get almost as big as pyxies pretty much the same care too.

That's why I wanted one, the thing is I already have a pacman and I don't think I want another, plus I paid 35 for him rather than the 20 pacman cost..

As much as id like to say it was a local place. It was petsmart.... Now i know i broke rule number 1 by going to a chain, but i thought i was getting him for a steal. I ended up returning this little guy and got a full refund. Not my happiest experience but atleast they did argue when I told them it wasn't what they said it was

It's ok to buy from chain stores occationally. I have 3 from Petsmart in perfect health and 5 from another local chain called Jack's Pets. 2 out of five from Jack's aren't 100% because they didn't recieve proper diet and thus my Albino C. cranwrlli had MBD which i fixed before it became life threatening and the other has been stunted and was fed only crickets that were often too large. If they were not going to make it, it would be best that they die in a good home where they're fed well and correctly.

Sorry the store didn't know anything about frogs. Huge HUGE difference between a Pyxi and a Pac.

that may be a pacman but it is really cool. if you do get a pixie just remember that they eat almost everyday when they are little. my pacman babies were very easy. i fed them about every 4-5 days or so but a pixie would not do well with that. one of the members of this forum said that a pixie under 2" long could be fed everyday with a 15 min rule, whatever it can eat in 15 minutes everyday. that can get expensive. thinks to help you with those desicions you are making.
i think pacmans are awesome but pixies are EPIC!
