the ladies are correct, you need some sort of land for those critters. and unless the pots your live plants are in are sealed, they will most likely rot and die, especially the dracena. if you plan on just putting pots in the water like that, then maybe you should look at some marginal species, like cryptocoryne, anubias, or java fern. conversely, you could also go with some sort of bog plant.

otherwise, i think it has the potential to be an awesome tank
