African bullfrog crazy thing

Crazy thing just happened. i fed my pixie frog crickets a little while ago and when it finished it peed, and peed and peed and then peed a little more. when it was all done i was shocked. i took pictures.
what do you think now, male or female?
why would it pee out so much? do females do that?
(again it is 3 months old and is 4.5" long)

Still looks female, but we will see.

They pee to replace old stored water with new, but if startled they will also pee.

if it is a male will the head just start growing or is it a certain age that it starts just looking like one? i have to be honest i have seen alot of photos of males and females but even though it doesnt look like a male it doesnt look like a female either. maybe just to young? that is why i joined this forum so i could ask you guys. thanks for your advice!
