It's a fairly easy frog in case of care.
The Polypedates leucomystax is rather forgiving due to it's high adaptibilty and can handle a range of temperatures and humidity levels.
Just keep around 24 to 27 degrees Celcius with a cooldown at night towards room temperature (18-20 C) and 60-80% humidity.
