    Your substrate looks a little too wet, but other than that everything looks ok. Since the meal was so large and the frog not much bigger than the food items you offered then it will need time to digest. In the future offer smaller crickets. About 0.5" that should help.

    Can I feed them meat? So i can cut it to bite size

    No. Its not good for them. You can offer small fish occationally. Waxworms a couple times a week, but you want to use earthworms or crickets as a staple.

    In my area, theres only crickets and mealworm available. Maybe I can go fishing shop to buy some earthworm?

    As long as the worms don't contain chemical dyes or scents.

    nightcrawler is a big earthworm, in bait shops they are called dew worms. Just as Grif mentioned make sure they're dye and additives free.
