Hey guys, I found this poor little guy today on a sidewalk in the middle of a shopping center in Virginia, I figured he (or she) would have trouble surviving in a parking lot, in winter. Anyway, what kind of frog would you say this is?
Hard to say exactly from the pic, but it could be either a squirrel tree frog or green tree frog, although, I don't know how either could have survived in these temperatures.
Well, he appears to be dyingI'm sad now.
??? Try giving him a honey soak. Search it on this forum. I don't know the exact recipe.
im pretty sure its a American green tree frog (Hyla cinerea). can you get a side pic?
I tried soaking him in honey water...he's dead![]()
Poor little guy! Makes you wonder why or how he got where he was.
SorryCoqui........you tried
