Talking Mossy checked off of bucket list!!!

WOO HOOO!!! I have a mossy tree frog! Bucket list has a species less on it!!!!!!!

So the guy who sold me the tree frogs that never made it out of quarantine (in june) owed me a refund. His WTF's where full grown and well... he had 2 mossy tree frogs...so it was a no brainer! I am thrilled and will be starting a build thread soon for your help!

Awesome frog, These guys are quickly becoming my favorite. I have owned two for the past 5-6 months and really enjoy watching them. Couple things that I have noticed.
    1. When they are younger they tend to sleep above the water on tree branches or the side of the cage. As they get older maybe 2-3 months they will start to sleep during the day with only their nose out of the water. At night they explore my whole 35 gallon hex, so some height to the cage would work best.
    2. Mine really love the moss that I put in the tank, They almost always are sleeping on the edge of the moss and the water.
    3. They wiggle their toes to attract food, looks really strange.
If you need any other advice or observations just let me know.

So far mine likes a rock about two inches above the water during the day and has been in the water this entire evening. I started a build thread. I am trying to decide tank size...now go....

    Congrats on a great find!

Mossies are they most beautiful frogs out there if you ask me. I got a gordoni right now and would like to have some more species so I might start looking for a corticale soon.
They are not the most active frogs but they sure are something special!
