Can a Zilla 40 Bearded Dragon tank be converted to a FBT terrarium?

My sister uses one for her fire bellies. She keeps 4-6 inches of water in the bottom, some fake plants, a log that floats and goes all the way across the back of the tank, some floating pieces of bark, and some rock "islands". Her toads do very well in this setup and the tank has never leaked.
