Not sure if I will invest in a hospital tank though! I've had him a year and so far no issues at all. (Although I admit I freaked out the first time i saw him shedding and eating his skin, I thought all the contortions were a seizure or something. Thanks to Google and You-tube I quickly "diagnosed" the "problem").
Also, there is an exotic pet store very near my home that's open 7 days a week, and a few different exotic pet vets nearby, so in case of illness, I'll be able to get help quickly.
