Sorry to hear of your loss I lost one of my White's last month, with no prior warning and it sucks.
Also, I'm pretty sure that a lot of knowledgeable people on this forum will advise against mixing species in one terrarium.

I'm surprised it lived that long in a mixed terrarium. Also, bear in mind that frogs aren't usually long-lived animals - if you got the gray tree frog as an adult, then it may just have died of old age.
